Magandang araw sa inyo doc. Tanong ko lang po kung anong gamot ang pamparami ng sperm cell na mabibili sa Pilipinas. Dati po kasi niresetahan nila ako ng Proviron pero hindi pa rin nabuntis ang aking asawa hanggang sa ako ay mag-abroad na. Maraming salamat po doc. Inaasahan ko po na matugunan ninyo ang aking mga katanungan.

Answer:

Hi Chris!

Ang Proviron ay gamot na nagpaparami ng sperm sa mga lalaking may low sperm count. Ang pag-inom nito ay three times a day for three months. Pagkatapos ng three months, kailangan magpa-sperm count muli. Kung mababa pa rin, ituloy ng three times a day for three months ulit. Pagkatapos nito, kailangan itigil muna ang pag-inom nito for another three months.

The good news is that in a certain percentage of men, nagkakaroon ng rebound effect sa sperm count during the three months na hindi umiinom ng Proviron, at tumataas ang count during this time. Sana swertehin kayo ng missis mo during this time!
